Description: It’s Summertime! Why think about starting a Cool-Season Garden in July? Because it’s time to start seeds to grow the vegetables you love to eat in Winter! Our cool season stays warm enough to allow us to grow a great variety of tasty vegetables, from beets to broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, kale or leeks, lettuce, peas, radishes, spinach, and more, all while other people are busy shoveling snow!
